What Is Reiki?

Reiki offers calm, quiet support when you (or your four-legged friend) need a moment to reset.
It’s simple, non-invasive and works beautifully alongside everyday routines and other care. Whether your dog’s feeling anxious or you just need to exhale for the first time all week this is space to breathe, rebalance, and come back to yourself.

People come to Reiki for all kinds of reasons, overwhelm, sleep issues, grief, burnout or just that feeling of being a bit “off.” There’s no right or wrong.
